Dear minidisco.com

it is quite sad to see how you turned from one of the most customer friendly internet shops into an over-prices place that causes me headache and frustration.
It doesn't help that it takes a week until someone from customer service takes the time to reply to a simple emailed question, nor does it help that upon calling the service hotline nobody seems to be quite sure what they are selling. (Quote: I'm not sure which one is our newest model). But maybe I'm just expecting too much.
