I can't say that I'm over not being able to go to college, it's still making me mad and very sad at the same time.  This makes for a lack of future plans. Expect for: write fanfic and wait for summer to come. Not I have a problem with that as it is, but I'm not getting younger and since high-school, it has been going downhill pretty steeply. But hey, there are the fancy projects, such as finally getting a homepage up and running, finishing those WIPs, seeing the floor of my room again...

The last week I was busy with a maths project for the online course. It went all right, the trig functions part is almost certainly right, I did enough of that in colllege. The conics I had no clue about it, I had never seen the equation of a circle before since I took statistical maths in school and in college it was all about algebra. The graph I drew looked pretty bad, and not like the one I drew with WinPlot at all, but it was required to draw by hand. It sorta looks like there was a mini earth quake at the time. But it will probably be ages until the results are posted. The ones for last months work aren't even up yet.

I did get a letter saying that I passed the Genetics course that I took last year. So the effort I put into the final project paid off (even though making the diagramm with vector drawing software took up most of the time). I'm planning to get the next Chem work started earlier. I'm a last minute worker, but having to snail mail the work for chem because of the drawings makes it difficult to estimate postal delays. It took almost a week the last time.

Since I finished Space Pirates which took me 16 months to write, I'm not quite sure what to write next.

Vital Lies - SGA. about 30k words posted. Conspiracy, mpreg, total crack basically, but I'm determined to finish. Unfortunatly a bit stuck at the moment. I have general plot line, but it's dragging.

Zocchihedron - Numb3rs. Casefile fic, posted around 8 chapters. Nobody seems to read it and the storyline is a bit chaotic, but I like it.

Past Present - WaT Casefile and Backstory, posted. I'm pretty proud of the storyline, but I have no idea where to go with it. I had it in the drawer for over I year until I reworked it. Maybe it should have stayed there.

Unnamed Duet Au Ficlet - unposted, complete. I'm not sure about this one. Might be one of those fic that better stay where the general public can't see them. Written a few of those.

Missing - SGA/Missing crossover - about three chapters written, unposted. I like crossovers a lot, but most people don't. This will probably never see the light of day.

Sins of the fathers - SGA, one chapter written, unposted. Backstory. So far the most promising idea I've had. I'm never short in ideas, but only a few ever pan out. I have a LOT of first and second chapters.

Unnamed ship fic - SGA about two chapters written, unposted - basic adventure with maybe a kiss or two. A lot of ideas for this one.

Added a new SGA S3 Promo to my site http://www.streamload.com/hyperio1/@lantis/TV_clips/SGAPromo.avi

Congrats on the online courses. My roommate's in the middle of studying genetics right now.

Thank you for uploading the promo. ♥

Awww, I saw that promo :) It's short but funny. Especially Joe ^^

Congratulations on paasing the genetics course :)

I have some questions about those fics - in the last one, the unnamed SGA fic, who do you ship? And in the SGA mPreg story, whom of the boys did you get pregnant? And who is the other father?

As if this weren't enough questions, here is one more, the last one: What plans do you have for summer, because you said you are waiting for it to come..? :)

Yeah, the promo was funny.

The genetics course was so far the best I have taken. There will be a follow up course in the future, but for now the course counts only as a module for chem, biology and general science degrees.

As for the fics, I'm pretty open to all pairings and genres. I think so far I have shipped or slashed John/Elizabeth, John/Teyla, John/Rodney, Teyla/Aiden, Rodney/Radek, Rodney/Carson. I really don't get the fighting about 'ships;)

In the mPreg story (In which it took me almost 16 chapters to get to the pregnancy), John is the pregnant father and Carson is the other father and there is an OC mother involved as well. But nobody had sex so far. It's all conspiring aliens who are trying to create a human-alien hybrid with the ATA gene. I didn't say that the plot made sense ;) But Gaia who set the challenge to this fic wanted a cliche-less mPreg fic, so I tried to be inventive.

In the ship with, it's John and Teyla who are maybe going to kiss. (that's as physical as anyone ever got in of my fics. Well, someone was married once, but they were too busy running from the villains to cosummate the marriage ;)

No real plans for the summer, but I like the season. I like to write outdoors on the Alpha (sort of a writing computer tablet), I like swimming, I like summer evenings, I like staying up until the sun goes up and ice cold soda is much better when it's hot outside.

just a random comment... i'm sorting out my flist and so i'm de-friending some people unless they really wish to be on my flist... so obviously because i have commented here, if you wish to be on my flist just reply to this comment and let me know and i'll re-add you ASAP :D

it's nothing personal, i just don't really know a lot of my flist as well as some, add to that some are annoyed at my posts lately, so this seems like the easiest way to me.
