Life's been fairly kind this week so far. I'm probably doing more than I should, I can tell by how restless I get in the evenings. But nano is going well, less than 5000 words left to go. There isn't much else on the agenda for the rest of the week. The most trouble will be getting a script for a refill on one of my meds. The problem is that at that moment (and that means until the end of the month), I can't actually affort the meds. I get the money back from the insurance eventually, but it always takes a few weeks. If I stretch it, the pill last until Monday. By then, I should have something figured out.
The new girls at work (three of them at the moment) are for the most part patient and good with kids (unlike me). They are all still in school and hence willing to work pretty much as volunteers as this job pays hardly pays at al. But the job, it's good for the most part. I'm getting more patient and I stopped wondering how someone can be in the second grade for the third time and still not know how to count.
The job/internship applications I helped Bro write couldn't have been so bad. He got invited for two interviews so far :-)
