As I mentioned a while ago, I'm in the process of buying a new laptop from Dell and it was scheduled to be delivered this week. But now the delivery date has been pushed back to mid-September. Not nice at all!

Nope, that they didn't tell me. They just sent me an email saying that it's been pushed back.

With it being a whole month they really ought to give a reason. You could always ask why and say you're unhappy with the unexplained delay. After all, a month is ages and you could easily get a different laptop in that time. Even if you don't intend to cancel it they should realise that you could and it's not really on to suddenly do that without adequate reason.
