Random Car Thought

Yesterday, when we drove home from class, I spotted a Fiat Panda. I can't help thinking that it's an unfortunate name for a car, especially these days. For me, a panda is an animal that sits around and eats a lot, exactly the opposite of what I want from your car, I'd presume. So wouldn't a Fiat Panther project a better image to the potential buyer? I have no idea to be honest, but I couldn't get the thought out of my head either.
