Easter/Vacation week (still no rest for the wicked, but an LJ post at least)

Not that I will be going anywhere (at least I hope not!), but according to the study calender, this week, termed Easter Week in the schedule is a week off. I won't be able to take it off entirely as I' m still a bit behind despite my best efforts to catch up, but I have at least taken a long weekend and will be taking it easier all around this week. Unforunately, family life is still on drama and low on peace and I almost (but only almost) envy Bro who is leaving tomorrow evening to spend a month in China visiting his girlfiriend whom he met while he studying in the US.

I have a gazillion and one projects that I want to tackle, starting with a new LJ layout, but I haven't been feeling too well those last few days and haven't really felt motivated to do much of anything creative. My writing efforts have stalled as well, even though I had two stories that were going quite well. It's a good thing I stopped posting WIPs, otherwise, I'd probably have two more, at least temporarily, unfinished stories on my hands. Not to mention the moutain of fanfic I want to read and TV I want to watch, but well, all in good time, I guess. With approaching summer my moods and energy usually improve and the better times normally last well into fall, so I simply hope the best of the year is yet to come.
